ATG's focus is on developing customised soutions specifically for GTG projects a good example of this is the AI-driven Content Management System (CMS) in development  designed to oversee all communication and reporting within the GTG group.

This system will streamline business management by analysing and comparing regional performance, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.

By leveraging AI, the CMS will provide real-time insights, helping to identify performance issues quickly and efficiently, and enable the group to address them proactively whilst maximising group performance.

Delivery Solutions

Many of the products within the GTG family are fully developed and proven, yet require more sophisticated delivery models to ensure their success on a larger scale. ATG is responsible for developing these advanced solutions.

For example, the Hydro Road international binding plants will be managed and controlled via software from the Hydro Road head office, enabling real-time monitoring and control of production and revenue models.

This centralised approach will ensure efficient operations, consistency, and the ability to track key performance indicators across multiple locations
